What you'll need to ask them is if it's possible to append a currency code to the price set for products. So for example, if you price the product at $0.99, and that's in USD, then the price in the add to cart link or form that is transmitted to FoxyCart needs to be "0.99usd" rather than just "0.99". The latter will just be set to the store's currency.
