I had to make some installation amendments to our Jamroom site at http://new-testament.info/jamroom and have also refreshed the licence code.
At present, although my new license code is active on this site, I am not seeing the options to install my current purchases.
Do I have to wait a while before these are activated?

Thank you,
Alex

You should not have to wait at all. When you say "refreshed" the license code do you mean you pressed "regenerate" in your licenses section?

Thanks!

Yes "regenerate" the code.

I am assuming that I can download the models/skins/bundles because I have previously purchased them on one license. It that correct?

I am hosting this Jamroom site with Arvixe. It has been moved (for some reason) to a sub-directory (as showed above). Originally it was installed on the main domain directory, not in a sub-directory. I am currently trying to get Arvixe to move this back to the main domain directory. So I am not sure if this has any baring on the situation.

Thank you,
Alex

Yes that is correct. Each Jamroom license is good for 2 sites, so you should be fine.

That shouldn't matter - you just need to go into your ACP -> Marketplace -> Tools -> Marketplace Systems and make sure you update the jamroom.net entry there to match your NEW system ID that was generated.

Hope this helps!

I think it may be the issue I suggested regarding the domain, as the license is registered to these two domains (see image).

I am trying to get Arvixe to move this back to the main domain, rather than the sub-directory.

Thanks.

Yeah - I guess that could be the root cause as the URL won't line up. Did you see this issue before your site was moved?

Thanks!

No not there before.

Not to worry. I'll wait and see if Arvixe can move it back for me.

Thanks again

No problem - let me know if you still see an issue after the move.

Thanks!

Brian,

Now that Jamroom has been reinstalled at the original URL, the Marketplace is fine.

Just one thing though, I am seeing this on my other site:
"MailGun - API Settings- fail - API Settings are incorrect - domain is not configured at MailGun

Is this module really needed?

Thanks

If you're not using Mailgun as your SMTP (email) provider, then no - it's not needed.

Hope this helps!
