No "Human Check" Box !?

You have other javascript errors on the page that are probably the issue. Get those fixed up, then the checkbox should pop back up again.

Javascript is pretty fickle, if something breaks earlier on it just gives up trying to continue.

Ahhh good to know. That it could be a javascript issue...maybe that why the one I placed on my homepage isn't working. .it's mixed with the javascript tabs
