Making sure you upload the file in binary mode often fixes this. Have you tried that?

I'm having almost the same issue.. On my case When I tried to upload jr5.1 it start uploading quickly for about 1 minute then it gets stack.. and it does not upload at all... I switched to binary mode, auto, etc. and same issue.. I thought it was my dedicated sever, but it not. I have tried uploading other files larger than the size of jr folder and I have no issues... Any ideas?

Sounds like an FTP issue - JR is made up of lots of small files - not few large files, so each file has to be transferred separately. It could be that your FTP server is already handling too many connections, or there's another issue going on on the server, but only your hosting provider can let you know for sure, so contact them.

Hope this helps!

To download any of the marketplace items you are licensed for, click on the "Purchases" link in the drop down menu underneath your name in the top site menu - that will take you to your purchases section where you can download your items.

I'd highly recommend using the Marketplace for installing/updating your Jamroom 5 install - it will take care of it for you.

Hope this helps!

Thanks Brian.. Yeah I can download from there individually.. my question is since I have the Bundle package purchase, it does not shows the download button from here: http://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/bundle
In the market place from my site.. I shows in the right side this. "$4.86 Save Complete Bundle $4.14"
In the left side, shows as installed, but it does not give any options to update. Were any changes done in the modules or bundle packages for 5.1.. I'm very sure I have not upgraded the bundle to the latest version yet from 5.0.2
Thank You

First up, you can't download a bundle as a single ZIP file - think of a bundle as simply a collection of individual items, that when purchased will give you individual access to each item in the bundle.

This also applies to updates - once you have installed a bundle, the items are independent of each other. Make sure you are running the very latest Jamroom 5.1.1 core - download here:

http://www.jamroom.net/download

so you know you have the very latest Marketplace module. Then, you can update any items via the "System Updates" tab, or if you just want to reload a module or skin you go into the Marketplace -> Tools -> Reload Modules or Skins section.

Hope this helps!

I just updated JR5.1.1 core,, run integrity check, cleared all catches.. but I can not see the updated or delete options "market place" bundles.

this is what I see for every module that I have installed purchaded.
"INSTALLED Audio Support - $29.00
Add full audio support to Jamroom 5 including audio transcoding (convert from different upload formats to MP3) as well as fade in/fade out sampling..."
Do I'm doing something wrong.. I do I have to manually download every single module in the super pack and upgrade through ftp.
Thank You

If you see INSTALLED it means that that module is already installed, so there's nothing you need to do. If you want to UPDATE that module, click on the Marketplace "System Updates" tab - if there is an update available, it will show. If you simply want to RELOAD that module, go to Marketplace -> Tools -> Reload Modules or Skins and you can "reload" it from there.

I'm not quite sure I understand what you're asking or what the issue is, so let me know if I've misunderstood you.

Thanks!

I would recommend reuploading the 5.1.1 core and see if that helps you get to the system tools page.
