Issues activating Market Id

For some reason is not communicating with your site to activate my license. I am copying and pasting the info from your site to mine and its saying:

Invalid Marketplace ID - please check Tools -> Marketplace Systems and ensure you are using the correct Marketplace ID (2)

where are you trying to paste it into?

are you doing the same actions as are outlined in:

"Keeping Jamroom up to date"
Keeping Jamroom Up-to-date

Double check you are not including any extra spaces in your config - I've not seen this before if the values are correct.
