Hey guys, Been away for awhile and came back and saw heaps of updates.
I have updated everything on my site and on the Create An Account page
the drop down has disappeared for which group ( members or Artists ) you want to sign up.
Need a fix asap as the site can't take sign ups at the moment
Keep getting this ( as you cant select an account )
Invalid Signup Account Type - please ensure you are choosing a valid Signup Account Type

PS I have checked the default skin ( NOVA ) and it is the same so it's not a skin edit problem

EDIT Installed brand new jrElastic and its the same

I can't think of any reason for it to stop showing a field unless the form designer is hiding it - go into the form designer for the signup page and make sure the quote id field is visible to all.

Hope this helps!

Yeah I had to change it from Normal Users to Logged Out Users.
We are seeing other things like created form fields not showing in artists accounts for them to fill out

My question is was there another group added that has taken another groups ID?
As this was never set to normal users although now it is ??
So it seems to have moved up one id.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean - no "ID"'s would change because of an upgrade if that is what you mean...

There were some changes in the form designer a couple months back to add in some missing options, so it could be that they were not set on your system so when the new options were added in they now show as the "default" (even thought they are not set).

Ok well now none of my custom fields are showing in the profile editor
THEY ARE showing in the form designer.
I went into Form Designer and selected a field and added a few more groups etc.
Still didn't show
So I selected every group to display that one field
Still didn't show in the profile editor
Any ideas?

So you're in the form designer for the profile/settings view and you don't see your custom form fields? And you go into the form designer and they show there?

Hmm - that was actually an issue that was fixed many versions ago, so something is not right. I'll need your site login and FTP login. Being Sunday morning I have very limited time but will try to check it out.

Thanks!

OK this is fixed now - wasn't actually related to the form designer, but a new "group authentication" function that went in a version or two ago - it wasn't accounting for multiple quota id's, so I've got that fixed on your site and it will be in the next core release.

Hope this helps!

I gotta say, I have been away for a little while cause of work commitments.
Come back and within 1 hour the crew were on the case.
I can't say this enough, The support here is fantastic and no other software even comes close!

Keep up the good work guys!
