solved Accidentally downgraded master admin account to user account.

hi, am new to jr5 and i have downgraded my master admin account to a user account and now i don't have admin options .

Is there a way that i can change my admin account profile from the database ?
or is there any other way out ?

In the jr_jruser_item_key table, find the _item_id 1 and change the user_group to master.
