solved Issue Updating All Items from Marketplace

Hi, please help!


I'm also having trouble updating these:


in Marketplace -> System Update


Invalid Skin License - please refresh the System Updates tab and try again

When I click on "Update all items" , I can NOT get the progress spinner, and the status is "fail" in red colour!

I have purchased this licences, but it seems that is not working to update from marketplace :( ! Could Be a backend problem? Because I have configured everything else properly? Please have a look!

I mention that I have regenerated Marketplace ID, after that I have updated jrCore to 5.2.0, after that I managed to update from marketplace the free modules, but these from bundle are showing : "Purchase Licence".

Also, when trying to update the skins i get the following message: "Invalid Skin License - please refresh the System Updates tab and try again"

Hmm - that looks like something has got out of whack in the DB. Try this:

- go to Marketplace -> tools -> reload modules or skins
- reload the "Marketplace" module
- reset your caches
- come back to the marketplace and see if it shows them as ready to update.

If that doesn't work, I'm going to need to see what happened here - I've never seen this before, so contact me at support [at] jamroom [dot] net with your JR info so I can check it out and fix it up.

I just followed the steps, but unfortunately the situation remains the same! I'm wondering if it is not something related to file permissions, but it's just an ideea. I will contact you at support [at] jamroom [dot] net with but I just want to know what info would be necessary. Thank you!

Yeah I don't think it's file permissions - something has got out of sync. All I need to start with is just your JR master login and pass (or create me a master account and send me the info) - I will get back to you if I need anything else.

No problem - you should be all set now. Root cause was that when you purchased the Super Pack back on Feb 15th, the licenses were not created properly in your account so that's why you were seeing "license required". I've got that all fixed up, your site is updated, and you should be set.
