recovery of site - help

I'm in the midst of rebuilding my site .... had a system board crash & i'm preparing for the worst case ...
So I'm in the process of building my system and now looking to install the two modules I purchased ... How would I go about doing that ... Marketplace indicates that I would have to purchase them, but from the support area I was able to download them ..

Have you entered your Jamroom email and System ID (found in your account page here under the Jamroom Sites tab) into the MarketPlace module settings? If so, you should be able to download your purchases directly.

HI Paul,
Yes I entered the account info ... the two packages are files and Image Galleries - Like I said I can download them from my account->purchases - but they don't show up when I go into the MarketPlace

Have just checked your Jamroom Sites tab again and see that you have three sites already with these purchased modules installed. A module is only licenced for two sites so that would explain why the Marketplace module is not allowing any further installs.
Release the modules from those sites if you want to install them on another.
