Again apologies if this issue has been addressed. Some of my family members are unable to register and view the Family Tree because they are told that their username already exists. On closer inspection it turns out that they have the same name as a family member's profile, who may have died 100 years ago! There seems to be no distinction between, 'family' profiles and users. How can I rectify this?
