I copied all the files English language and have to rename fr.
But I do not see them in the administration.
I only see fr in skins.

I found the tutorial to clone the language.

Finally I see the added language now. I do not know why I have this error message.
Did you post the error? It may have been removed depending on what you posted.
You might try putting the error message inside quote tags as well.

This is the message error:
You have entered an invalid value for "language code" - value must be numbers, letters, spaces or punctuation and contain no HTML., with a maximum length of 5 characters
But finaly the language are now present in my language.
Just to follow up, the code must JUST be:
