In the jrFollowMe skin I am trying to edit https://centricbeats.com/admin/product/categories.

I have already customized the item_details and the item_indeex but cant find the categories tpl.

I tried passing a jrProduct_item_categories.tpl but it didnt work nor did edited the item_categories.tpl in the jrProduct Module

There is no .tpl file controlling that location. You'll need to customize via CSS in your skin.
