closed Bought ISkin 3 but can't download it

Hi,

I bought ISkin 3 a while ago. I am re-installing my website and it doesn't appear in my purchases so I can't download it from the Jamroom website. Does anybody know why ? (I'm pretty sure I bought it from the marketplace and not from N8flex website but I have a doubt now).

I can see any evidence of your purchase on the Jamroom marketplaces. Maybe you did buy it directly.
