Hi, i am trying to use a custom style for the page builder, i would like to alter the style of the action_tab , background color and wrap class. I can't locate the css/tpl files/ that control the styling of the page builder. help needed

In your browser try right clicking on the tab and select "inspect element". That should tell you all of the css rules which apply and the names of the style sheets they can be found in.

The issue with this question is its very large. It seams like you may be asking how to do web development rather than asking about an issue you're wanting solved.

For web development the tools I use are:
* firefox browser with the Firebug extension to locate CSS on a page

You can adjust it to get it how you like it, then once satisfied, copy those changes into a .css file and upload it.
