Hey all,

I am having some issues getting my saved changes to show up sometimes. I am editing .tmp files using the Dashboard tool, when I save and refresh, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The changes are saved, but not displaying. I am testing using Chrome, in a new Incognito window. I have tried to clear the cache but still doesn't work. I assume I am not doing something correctly, I just can't figure it out. Thanks.

I cant follow the steps you have outlined. Could you make it easier to follow please.

Just an example that I could try here to see what results I get would be great. Thanks.

Make sure you have checked the "active" checkbox in the template editor, then scroll down and SAVE. Until a template is active you will not see the changes.

Let me know if that helps.

Not sure if this is related, but lately I've encountered a few issues when trying to save .css STYLE settings via ACP...never had that issue before. It seems to happen inconsistently.
Last night one example was when i was in my active skin's .css Style tab of cmobile_core.css
I wanted to change the color # of main_logo / background color there, and no matter how many times I put in the color #, then scrolled down to click "Save" button... by the time I scrolled back up to see- it had cahnged back to the prior color #. Could not save my change.
I finally just downloaded the css file itself from my server, made the change manually, saved, and uploaded it again to my server, and all was well. Wasn't a huge problem, but just thought I'd mention this as it's happened maybe 3 times in the past month or two for me, whereas i never saw it happen previously. Not sure if updating to jr6 had anything to do with the timing or not.
If this is not connected to the above- please ignore or delete my post!
