Is it possible to customize Annika Live Wall or regular Time Line to allow Likes, Comments or Shares to timeline items that are posted?

Also, How can I incorporate embedded media when I create a post on the Time Line which I can then have my followers like, comment or share.

The Annika module has become largely redundant now that Jamroom6 has been released. I suggest you upgrade to that as it now does what you are asking as default.
