You can use full HTML in that box, so just cut and paste your HTML in there.

Just tried and received this error.

You have entered an invalid value for "Subscription Info" - value must be numbers, letters, spaces or punctuation and contain no HTML.

Weird - I thought that accepted HTML. Since this is part of the global config we won't add an editor, but I will look at allowing HTML in that field.
