i'm having that issue again with ffmpeg not converting vids only music (switched from ubuntu to centos with plesk)
but besides that test videos i uploaded and would not convert now cannot be deleted

Any error log messages? any server log messages?

Sounds like a permissions problem. ( guess ) perhaps the web server and ffmpeg are running as different users where one only has read permission on the others created stuff.

i actually fixed ffmpeg finaly
