solved Profile Default Photo

Hi! We're new to Jamroom and we're trying to migrate/setup our community. Is there a way to change the default profile photo (the question mark)? Thanks for the help!

Hi - Welcome to Jamroom :-)

When logged in as admin, go to the ACP=>Media=>Image Support=>Images and upload a new default.png file. Save the changes then make the uploaded image 'active' and save again. You might then need to reset image caches for it to take effect.

Thanks for the reply. I'm not seeing it though. Where do I change the profile default image? I can't find where the question mark image is to change it. Thanks for your help.

See the attched screen shot. Just follow the instructions above and you should get to the same page with the option to upload a new default image, as described.
