closed Simple Custom Forms Not Working Properly?
I just tried to make a simple contact form...but the text area for "EMAIL ADDRESS" keeps getting left out...you can see the screenshot of the settings in the form designer and the output of those settings...I have actually added the email text area twice trying to get one to stick...and i have ran integrity check after each attempt...but still i only get a message box and no place for the sender to include their contact email address
Am i doing something wrong?

The email field will only show if you are logged out.

Thanks, ive tried it both ways, logged in and logged out, with the same result.
If you have that form setup for logged in users only, it will also not show.
Do you have a link we can check out?

Its showing up now. You had the "Display Groups" set to show for just users in a (quota) that was called "all users"
But logged out users are not in that quota, neither are the users in the "(quota) Admin"
So what you were really after for that Display Groups was the setting:
Once I changed it to that, the email field became visible.
Quote: (quota) All Users
