I've just put a small update in place here in the Forums where you will need to have your Profile Privacy setting set to "Global" before you can post or respond in the forum.
We've seen quite a number of profiles that are set to be private, which makes it so only the JR team can see the post. This makes it so other users cannot get the benefit of learning from the questions being asked (which is the point of the public user forum).
You can adjust your privacy settings by going here:
