Activity Updates have been disabled for non-subscribers

Recently we've been seeing an increase in the number of users signing up here on Jamroom.net just so they can put up Activity Timeline entries with spam links in them, so we've disabled the ability for non-subscribers to post manual Activity Updates. All the normal activity-based timeline entries will still show (i.e. if you follow someone), but you won't be able to add a new text entry.

Sorry if this impacts anyone, we just had to do something to keep the spammers off of Jamroom.net

Also - I just uploaded a new release of the Activity Timeline module that has a new "Can Post Activity Updates" Quota Config so if you see this same problem on your site you can do the same thing.
