Playlist & Profile Module Updates Not Working

Been trying to update playlists and profiles, by changing the names and images. But after I click save, it loads like it was successful. But nothing changes.

I don't see any issues with it here - have you made any customizations to the profile forms or fields?

Try disabling the extra fields to see if that is the cause - shouldn't be since we use custom form fields here on jamroom.net and I'm not seeing any issues, but it's worth testing.

We will need to log into your system and find out the root cause - contact us at support [at] jamroom [dot] net with your Jamroom URL, admin login and FTP information - note that since you are not a Jamroom subscriber if the root cause is due to customizations and takes time to diagnose, we may need to charge for the time.
