How do I capitalize Meta Tags for all the pages, they are all in small caps.

You might check that your language strings are capitalized.

Above the left shift key on your computer keyboard there is a Caps Lock button.

Press that and everything you type will be in capitals.

For the skins, go to the ACP > Skins > Language section.

For modules, go to the modules language section.
