I finished importing all my artists/bands from JR4 to JR5 but in my admin panel all artists have a user with ID number 1. ALL!

That ID correspond to me, the admin. Also if I visit an artist page, I see a note saying "no user accounts found!"

Look at this example.

What is wrong here?

Thanks.

You need to import the users as well (the second option on the import list).
When JR4 artists/members are first imported they are all allocated to admin. Its only when JR4 users are imported that the process is able to pair them up with their artist/member JR5 profile.

Well, for some reason users had not been imported when I select to import bands/artists and users too.

This time I just imported users and everything is ok now! Thanks for your truly support @paul.

May I use this thread for possible issues that may appear on import process?

Thanks.

Not sure what might have happened then, but if its ok now, that's good.
If you imported any other stuff before getting the users sorted you'll likely need to do it again as all other items will be allocated to admin as well.

I have seen that before on occasion and it means that the audio file is either not there, or not readable for some reason.
