I am using jrMediaPro Light skin and on the home page there is a block in the sidebar entitled "Top 10 Charts".

It doesn't seem to be updating and I can't find where to edit settings for charts.

I don't have any chart modules installed either.

Anybody have any ideas?

You do need the jrChart module for this to work. Get it from the Marketplace within your site ACP.
Also note that when/if you do this, charts are compiled on a daily basis so it'll take a couple of days for them to show and to make any sense.

If your running the latest version of the MediaPro templates, and you don't have the jrChart module installed or activated, then you should not see any chart sections.

If you do have the jrChart module installed/activated, then it is like Paul stated.

Make sure your using the latest version.

Hope this helps,
Douglas

@douglas,

Well I do see charts, but I don't have any chart modules installed.

But I will purchase the module anyways.

@paul thanks for the info.

Looks like your using a cloned MediaPro skin, make sure you are using the latest updates from the default MediaPro skin.

I am using, http://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/networkmarket/102/media-pro-5-light

We just made some modifications to the graphics and CSS.

Do I still need to purchase the charts module? That skin comes with the "Top 10 Charts" on the home page's right sidebar.

In order for charts to work at all, you need the Charts module - the Skin's readme file should indicate any additional modules that are required for it to function 100%. Alternately you could change the jrCore_List call in the charts to just order based on audio_file_stream_count desc, which would list audio files by their stream count (all time) descending - it's not a "chart", but you would not have to purchase the charts module.

Hope this helps!
