Bit of an Oddity - Symbolic Links?
So yesterday I created another site and I noticed something odd. I logged in to the ftp dir and I have a bunch of symbolic directories created. I do not see this on my other site. Has anyone seen this before?

If your referring to the modules and skins folders having symbolic directories, that is from using the Marketplace to update skins and modules, it is done so you can revert back to a previous version if you should need to.

You have tons of symbolic links on your main site (if by main site you mean your main JR site) - check out the modules directory and you'll see them. If you've ever used the Marketplace, you'll have symbolic links.

Just posted a screen shot in the first post so you guys do not think I am crazy lol. The right is the new site where you can see the symbolic links and the left is the site I have had for years. Maybe I am not seeing the symbolic links based on user permissions?
I don't think so - check the "ordering" of your screen - maybe all the symlinks are at the bottom, or you have a setting for your site that does not show symbolic links. I've logged in to your server, so I can assure you they are there
