I have One All module configured for new site. I successfully signed up a test account using oneall > yahoo address.

I can see that profile in the quota browser, under the default signup quota.
I click on that but do not see the profile listed.

I go into the one all module and view social connections and see the linked account.

The profile does appear on the site correctly along with the test content I uploaded to it.

I go to the profile and user account browsers, but do not see the account.
Shouldn't there be a listing for that account in the profile and user browsers also?

EDIT: modified title to reflect actual issue.

Do you see any errors in your Activity log? Are you able to see the profile at all? You said you had "test content" you uploaded, so I'm assuming the profile is working.

Thanks!

Unlikely to be related, but this had me tearing hair out earlier this week so I'll mention it just in case you use Adblock plus or similar:

I've found some fields not appearing correctly (specifically a field named "googleplus") and found the reason to be Adblock plus, a Firefox extension which is installed in my browser.

If you are using an adblocker and the field/item exists in the html but is hidden, try disabling the extension for the site or page. Firefox > Tools > Adblock plus > Disable on yoursite.com.

Yes - I can see nothing related to "ShareThis" when I am on Firefox - just blanks everywhere.

@brian - yes the profile displays as does the test content.

I did a few more things here.

1. Checked what @SteveX mentioned. Using Chrome and Safari same issue.
2. Created new profiles using the master_admin account but the profiles don't show up in the browser either. I think the problem may be elsewhere.
3. I checked the activity log, will post it below.
4. I am working with a cloned Elastic Skin - I named it "hiphop" (no prefix). Would that cause a problem?

Looks like you have a fatal template error in there you will want to fix, but other wise the only thing I can think that would prevent the profile from shopwing is either:

1) The profile_active flag is not set to 1 for the profile
2) The profile_private flag is set to 0 or 2

Let me know if that helps.

@brian - to clarify - the profiles are showing on the site. The profiles are NOT showing in profile browser and user account browser.

I double checked to make sure they are are set to "Global- Anyone" for the yahoo synced account, and for the profiles created with Master Admin. There are no pending users in the admin > dashboard.

I can log into phpmyadmin and check those values, can you tell me where to look exactly?

Thanks!

Do you mean NO profiles are showing in the profile browser? If so, make sure and reload the Core module - there was a short period of time right after the 5.1.27 release that the datastore function was broken, but it's been fixed.

Let me know if that is what you mean.

Thanks!

@brian - question - in situations like this where the original post title, wasn't even close to what the problem was.....do you want or recommend that I change the title to a more appropriate description?

I'm sure this wont happen with many people in the future (I tend to monitor Jamroom updates religiously and probably downloaded the system core 5.1.27 update soon after it was released) But for search purposes it would give the appearance that there was something wrong with the Oneall/Yahoo connect, but there wasn't.

Let me know, just want to help out!

Sure - if you want to modify it to better reflect the issue, I'm OK with that ;)

Thanks!
