solved Is anyone else seeing this in their marketplace?
This is in ACP > Market Place >Tools > Release Archive > at the bottom. I did install the latest 5.1.26 core update, but this was happening before that even.

Looks like there is a problem in the skins layout (i.e. missing an open or an extra closing tag in the layout). That's all generated with core functions though.
I just checked out one of my dev sites I have not updated any skins on in a while and it looks good to me.
If you've modified any of the core templates make sure you've not introduced an error.

Yeah, I added some extra footer menus. Let me make sure I didn't miss a closing div or something like that. I'll look at the original code and compare. Thanks!
