I created an album and got
Invalid Form Validation received - please refresh and try again.

It created the album but no player or photo

Its a permission problem with your server or hosting most likely.

Log out and log back in again - it could be your user session is corrupt. Form Validation are stored in your local session, and if they are not working then you will get this error.

Then something is corrupted in your sessions or forms table in your database - you need to REPAIR all your mysql tables. If you're not sure how to do that, you will want to contact your hosting provider.
