Why aren't the ShareThis Facebook Player plays added to the song streams count? Theres a new song on my site that already has 250 shares, imagine how many plays, but it only shows that it's been streamed 150 times, is there a way to count the Facebook player plays as well into the song streams?

This would encourage artists to share more as well and thats a win win for the artist and my site :).

They are counted - all this means is the player was shared 250 times - each share does not correspond with a play.

I really don't think the streams from the Facebook Player / ShareThis are being added to the overall song streams Brian, I've had quite a few people listen to this one song on Facebook as a test, and no difference :P.

You probably already listened to it - it's not going to count it again. There is no difference between a play played locally versus on Facebook - they go through the exact same function. For plays to not be counted from Facebook, Jamroom would have to be not counting any play. There are checks within JR to prevent a user from inflating play counts by listening to a song over and over (even if you clear cookies/sessions).
