Just curious what this is referring to exactly? I did noticed that the skins now droped the "jr" prefix.

This means when in the ACP instead of seeing "jrMediaPro" in the side menu, you'll now see "Media Pro Dark". In other words, if a "title" has been set in a skin's meta data function, that will now be shown instead of the directory name. Just makes things a little nicer.
