I have noticed the charts do not work on my beta site. They are populating with plays however the hot up or cool down functionality dosent work on any skin mine or yours.

I have wondered if my skins were bugged so I re-downloaded them and installed them again however I had no luck resolving this.

I'm not seeing any problems with the charts here - everything seems to be working. What skin are you testing on?

They used to work for me too until I started using the 5.1. I have tried with all skins.

I'm not sure what to say or look for since I can't replicate the issue here. Do you have a URL to the page you are seeing the issue on? I'm going to suspect missing images or misconfigured server config.

After ive re-installed the core and my skin the charts are the same, They are showing charting by plays. They are not showing hot up and cool down images of the songs.

This is consistant with all jamroom skins as well.

its not just one page, its all the audio charts. and even switching skins to any jamroom skin the problem is consistant. to all charting pages.

My login information is the same i sent you earlier if you need to log and access anything.

You're not using one of our skins, so I can't be sure, but I see the little green bar image which means the item has NOT changed it's chart position between the chart start date and chart end date.

Please change your site to like the ProJam skin if you still think there is an issue so I can see it from here.

I see youve logged off, im going back in and working on the skin more today. If you get the chance to look in to this go ahead and log in with the credentials i provided your email. The site is development for this skin and testing the functionality of Beta 5.1 within, so you can change anything you need to, if necessary during your testing. Thanks

I'm not seeing any problem - the small images that show movement are showing to me. All I see are green dashes, since none of your audio items have more than 2 plays. Do you not see the images?

I see the green images. Will they start working once i get more plays? I had more but ive reset in attempt to fix this issue.

Yes - it can't really chart up/down without there being actual plays on a daily basis.

Is there a way during testing i can allow my same ip address to add counts multiple times in a day?

Yep - just empty the jr_jrcore_ip_count table and your play will be counted again.

This is full working now. I believe it just needed 5 plays on the songs to have enough to count movement on the new site.

Just wanted to update you and say thanks for the help.
