solved Cannot Download JR4 from Jamroom

Although I have the licences and download links display I cannot download all or any of the items.

You will need to be logged in on the archive site:

http://archive.jamroom.net

before you can download:

http://archive.jamroom.net/Downloads4_Core

I just tested it, and downloads are working - make sure you are logged in as the user the licenses are registered under. Nothing has really changed on the archive site over than it was moved to a new URL and some old links were redirected, but the downloads are all the same.

I re-registered and got this:-You have successfully entered a valid "Jamroom 4 Unlimited Artist Version" Registration Code - Thank You!

(Your code has been saved in your profile - going forward you will have access to the downloads without needing to re-enter your information.)

But cannot get the download buttons to activate

Just tried to replicate it here. It all worked as expected. The download downloaded.

Try using a different browser.
Try logging out and back in again.

I have tried with Firefox and Google Chrome, re-registered again but still cannot download, the buttons all turn green but will not work for me?

You've got something wrong with your browser on your end, or you're trying to download on a tablet or mobile device. I use FF and Chrome here and see no problems - since those buttons are green it means they are linked up to the download.

You can try right clicking and choose "save target as..."

Using Chrome, I've just logged into the JR4 archive and tried to download the 4.3.1 version files but I couldn't get the 'download now' button to work either. Right click only lets me save the html file of the page, not the archive download.

I have all the JR versions from way back to version 2.1 but the only one I neglected to download was the final version. The most important version if, like me, you intend to upgrade a site or two to JR5.

I managed a download after all. Clicking the icon on the left (next to the version number) worked.
