solved Localhost error

Hi guys... I'm trying to install JR using Xampp on my computer. I'm getting this error on install:

This page isn’t working localhost is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

Does anyone have a fix for this?

What URL are you trying to access it on? you need to have a domain name set up for it. What is the 500 error? check the logs it will tell you.
