solved Problem with site you host

Having a log in issue at site that runs through JAMROOM. I someone got blocked last month from logging in and it said to message site admin but no links to such an entity. I tried for a while then finally created a different account and asked for help. They claim too much time has passed but site still sends private messages through that account, it lets me change password but I still cannot log on. What is going on? Everything exists to send me messages but when I search for account it doesn't show. Is the code that wonky?

I somehow got blocked...looking to get it restored. People who own site are less then knowledgeable.

Send us an email at support at jamroom dot net. Not sure there's anything we can do if the site owners have chosen to block you, but if its just that they don't know how to un-block you then we can help with that.

include a link to this thread in the email along with detail on which site it is.

We are in discussion with the site owner about this and have looked into the issue, but as he has indicated, your profile, and all its content, was deleted many weeks ago. It could have been recovered within ten days of its deletion but now the site's Recycle Bin has been emptied. A new profile can be created and attached to your user account. The site owner has advised you of this and is awaiting your response.

If I pay for support, will I get answers to the questions I related in email as was requested to be sent by @michael?

I tried to get resolved within 2 days of it happening but there is nowhere on the site I was in to get support unless you are logged in. Since I couldn't log in, I was not able to get support. Classic Catch-22. Your site appears to be built the same. Tad frustrating that.

Its not a question of paying for support, paul's answered the question here. The reason for going through support was so that the name of the site can be kept off the forums. Since you didn't give it initially it was thought that you didn't want to share it.

What is odd is I never deleted account. I never hit delete. All I did was think about changing user name. I never hit save. I just logged out. Things are still linked to user name within the website. I can look up items that are linked to it. They can still send messages via that account which I get via my email. But you say its deleted. How does that happen if its deleted?

I was told you might be able to rebuild it but how will those links affect it? Will I be able to use my same username? My proper email?
