URLs in Private Messages

Hi,

one of our users reports that it is no longer possible to send URLs in private messages. When typing via TinyMCE the popup for the URL comes up. There I enter the URL and the display name is automatically filled with the same URL. Click on OK and the result is displayed correctly in the editor. If I send the message, the link is gone. In the source code I see that the link was created correctly as a-tag. Only the display name is empty.

But if I change the display name after auto-filling and also give it a title, it seems to work correctly.
text to display.

Is this a known bug? We are using the latest core version and all extension updates are installed as well.

Best regards
Swen

It all seems to be working here.

An admin user sent a private note to a regular user with a link in it while using the editor: link arrived.
A regular user replied to a private note and included a link: link arrived.

Maybe a quota setting perhaps?
