Hi, I was wondering if the Timeline/Status will function with a photo as well as an update status? There are 4 options and can only be used one at a time. Is there a possibility that we can add a status update and then couple it with a pic or video for example?
Thank You

Have you got the 'Editor Embedded Media' and/or the 'Media URL Scanner' modules installed? They will help with this.

Hi Paul, I seem to have those modules and I tried. It's not doing it like FB. I write a status "Bla bla bla..." then I want to add to my status a pic, or link to a video.... that's what I need. When I do a status and go get the pic or video the status is gone! What is the correct procedure please?
Thank you

If you upload media via the buttons below the form, then yes, that media will be a timeline post in its own right. To include a post with the media you need to enable the Editor in the timeline then use its Embed Media button at the approprate place in the post.
You can also include external URLs in the post (YouTube say) and if possible, the link will be expanded into a player.

make sure you've allowed embedding in your Core modules Quota Config tab.

Hope this helps!
