Did something in pay pal changed ?
I Set the IPN Notification URL to: https://www.dubmusic.com/payment/webhook/paypal
in your PayPal -> Profile -> Profile and Settings -> My Selling Tools -> Instant Payment Notification section.
buyers not getting what they pay for ,they cant download
there no items under
/payment/purchases/profile_id=2147/user_id=1495
