None of your binary files are executable.

/core/system_check

You'll want to contact your hosting provider and find out which directory binary files need to be in, upload or move the files there and make sure they are CHMOD to 755, then modify your data/config/config.php and add the directories to where your binary files are like this

they was all working before, after I updated the WHM is when the issue started

Then something has changed, most likely the binary files need to be in a different directory. Your hosting provider should be able to help you.

I thought it had to do with slow uploading speed my end possibly? but it is taking an unusually long time to process I must say. leaving browser open let's see how long it takes..
