When users are not logged in and they get the message "You must be logged in to stream audio files"
when the hit OK I want them to be redirected to https://www.dubmusic.com/user/signup.
How can I make that happen ? or on the message box "You must be logged in to stream audio files"
how can I put the logged in or create an account buttons there ?

This is a javascript alert message and as such cannot be easily modified without a custom module.
I assume its showing because you have a player on the page set to auto-play. Maybe easier to disable that is the visitor is not logged in.
