Hi there

Is there a way to test the site as a USER or other quota while still in maintenance mode.

not a regular user, no. Probably what you're after is the jrBeta module that will allow you to take the site off maintanence mode but block signups and also allow login from beta testers

So you would switch off maintenance mode and just use the beta test page module, then any user i made an account for can view it ?
