users still not getting download

Please look into this matter JR this has been going on too long now.
There is nothing under the user account

I'm not seeing any evidence in your database of this user making any purchases.
What did he buy?
When did he buy it?
And most importantly, did the purchase complete and is the money in your account?

I even setup an account to test and it don't work and I got the payments

They bought yesterday this problem has been on going for some time now I always have to send the Item to the buyer

try it for your self you will see it don't work

I don't believe the Stream Payments module is for downloadable items, it is to pay your artists for the streaming of their music by other members.

From what I can tell there are only bundle items on your site that can be purchased and downloaded.

https://www.dubmusic.com/itembundle/dashboard/browser

All 4 bundles are priced at 10.00 and I'm not seeing any purchases for the bundles in your payment browser, those are all for streams.

None of your audio items have a price set so they can not be purchased/downloaded.

If you are wanting to sell audio items/tracks, then you will want to set a price on each item.

Scratch that, I see you do have some audio tracks set to 1.00 but they have not been purchased from what I can see.

Do you know the date of purchase?

Can you tell use the user that made the purchase?

And what exactly was purchased?

This problem is still not resolve that has been going on since last year users not getting the downloads they paid for I cant sell any downloads without complains from the users.

Any updates ?

Yours is the only site that I know of that is having this issue. You say that people are making purchases but I'm seeing no evidence of them on your site or on your database which makes be believe its down to configuration. It all looks ok in your control panel so what about at PyPal's end. Have you set the corrent Merchant ID in the Payment module's global settings. Also, have you set the correct Notification URL in your PayPal control panel?

correct Merchant ID is set

Notification URL was always the same when it was working
Notification URL http://www.dubmusic.com/paypal/webhook
Notification URL https://www.dubmusic.com/payment/webhook/paypal This is the only difference in witch I updated

For example the users in the link made purchases and never received the download

Users 820 and 951 are not showing in the Jamroom database as having bought any downloads. Where in Jamroom are you seeing that they have?

Have you tested your system? Does it work when you try it? Makes me think the "Instant payment notification" may not be setup at paypal.
