Hi,
If I do a search for certain items in the database using the Data Browser, and then "Export CSV", can you confirm whether or not that will export only the search results?

Thanks.

I just tested this on a small category of items (Group Mailer), and it does seem to create a CSV of all items in that category, not just the ones in my search results.

So, failing that, I have another question, which is this...
Can I change the amount of data that is shown per item in the Data Browser, i.e. how many fields in the view before I need to scroll?

You should be able to see see a select element for page and items per page at the bottom.

Thanks for your reply @nate. I didn't explain myself clearly enough.
I am aware of the page jumper at the bottom of the page that enables me to increase the number of items shown per page.
What I was asking is whether I can see more fields for each individual item. You can see in the screen shot that each item has a scroll bar against it. There seems to be a maximum of 9 fields (lines) per gallery item and you can scroll to see the rest of the fields for that item. I'd like to show more lines per item, (not more items per page).

What I really want is a CSV file for only the search results, not the entire category of item in the data browser.

I am occasionally asked to list all the item details for a user, (e.g. all images) and that's what I'm trying to achieve. A CSV file from the data browser search results would be ideal, but failing that I could take screen shots of the search results if enough of the data was shown for each item.

This is a small change that's pretty easy to make - I will have it in the next Core beta.
