It kind of looks like the images are missing. I can see the space for them in the developer view. I can see the css for them as well. Can you take a look at the audio module images and make sure they're there?

Even when I create a new playlist without the module the same thing happens I only notice this after I updated .

I also cant create any playlist the name is not been created
