Media url scanner - list of urls in Data Browser

I have been looking at the Media Url Scanner entries in the data browser. There are some obvious spam urls that I would like to delete.
There are buttons to modify or delete these entries in the list, but I would also like to find out who posted them. Can you please explain how to do that?
There is an ID number against each entry in the Media Url Scanner list, but I can't work out the relation between that ID and the profile/user who posted the link.
Sorry if this is a dim question.

Unfortunately the only way to do this (that I can see) is at a database level.
If you launch the database admin from the Developer Tools page and open the jr_jrurlscan_url table you will see the URL alongside the user_id. You'd then need to cross-reference the user_id with the user name in the user datastore.
Its a bit long winded I'm afraid.

Ah, thanks @paul . I'll probably just delete them then. I assume that just removes the link, with no other action.

We are getting lots of spam attacks and particularly nuisance sign-ups. I am blocking as I find them, usually at the Pending stage. I've noticed there have been a lot of spammy Blogs created and I've got rid of them. Is there a way I can be notified of new Blog posts?
