Greetings - We need to cancel our JamRoom Pro VIP Subscription…
Our new product platform, has taken off, and is currently going viral.
Since we are a small team, we no longer have the staff bandwidth to maintain our older legacy JamRoom platform.
In our JamRoom Server dashboard, we see no button to "cancel" our subscription.
Please advise how to cancel our subscription, and delete our credit card from your system.
Please help us to ensure our JamRoom subscription is cancelled before the next billing cycle.
