I am going around in circles here trying to figure everything out. I registered a domain name with GoDaddy and I believe it is connected correctly to my jamroom hosted site. I also created a mailgun account so I can start sending out emails from my site (currently I have members that need to reset their passwords after switching from Ning). I added the API key to jamroom, but I am still not able to send emails. Mailgun says I need to verify my domain by adding the DNS records from my mailgun account. GoDaddy says I need to add them here but I cannot figure out how to do that. Please help! TIA

Not sure if it'll make a different but I did an whois on your domain and the nameservers are correct but are entered twice - see attached screenshot.

Also, check that you have entered the correct MailGun Private API Key on your Hosting panel here. All the one's I've seen before start with 'key-'.

MailGun verification can take up to 24 hours or so, but from their control panel you can click to verify iirc.

My email is still not working. I deleted my mailgun account and created a new one. I added the API key to jamroom. Mailgun says I need to add DnS records to my domain registrar. My registrar (GoDaddy) says I can't make those changes because my site is being hosted elsewhere (with Jamroom). This is beyond frustrating. I have had this site for 2 months and none of my members can access their accounts because they can't reset their passwords because the site says it sent the email but it didn't. It worked for 1 day through my GoDaddy email before I starting messing with Mailgun, now I can't even receive emails from my GoDaddy email that is associated with my domain. GoDaddy support says I need to change the DnS records on my Jamroom account to get that email to work but I cannot figure out how to access the dnS records on Jamroom. I thought about disconnecting my domain from jamroom, deleting the mailgun account and starting over but I am afraid that when I choose delete domain, I will delete my entire site. PLEASE HELP
