I have a music community. I want a module to let the users publish adds to
-sell/buy products/services
-sell/buy their used musical instruments
- or try to find a band as a guitarist
-or look for a keybord player as a band
-look for students as a teacher
-look for a guitar teacher
etc.

it has nothing to do with money transfer, just communication in a structured way.
Do you think Products module fits this or should i develop something from the start?

Thanks.

Like the services module that we use on jamroom.net to sell services?

eg:
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/serviceshop

MARKETPLACE: "Services Shop"
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/networkmarket/244/service-shop

Or develop one of your own if you dont need the sales part of it.

Once you have the basic module structure, you can use the Form Designer to add in any extra fields if you dont want to code it, then use jrCore_list to get all the inputted info.

Docs: "Using the Form Designer"
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/getting-started/1275/using-the-form-designer

Docs: "{jrCore_list}"
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/module-developer-guide/89/jrcore-list

One more maybe the most critical question about this topic;

Every ad has different properties so that different form fields. I need to show different fields when user selects the ad type. For example, if it is an ad related to selling a used equipment form fields differ from who has a music studio and looking for people to rent the studio.

So that how can I display different form fields based on the ad type?

The Products module supports this.
You can set up Product Categories within it, then for each category you can optionally configure up to five additional text/textarea/select fields that can be entered when creating a product.
