One of my sites has just gone down after updating the latest core module. I have my server techs looking for a recent backup to put it back in order.
Just letting you know in case you want to check it out at your end.

What errors exist in the error log?

Looks like your site is missing some files. Did you manually upload the files to your site or did you upgrade directly from within the marketplace module?

Upgraded directly from market place. My site is now using a previous backup from December that my hosting company fixed for me.

next time you do the upgrade via the marketplace upgrade in this order:
* jrCore
* jrMarketplace

Then run the integrity check, then instead of using the UPDATE ALL ITEMS button, do them one at a time.

I suspect your server has gotten part way through and stopped.

you can also run the integrity check while not logged in to the ACP via this method:

Docs: "Somethings wrong what do I do: if you cannot get into the ACP"
